Credit top-ups are one-time purchases that add bonus credits to your account. Bonus credits do not expire and persist across billing cycles. Top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. If you enable auto top-up, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method when your credits reach zero.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide to the Service. Subject to our license below, content generated by the Service based on your prompts is owned by you.
License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Agency plan subscribers may invite team members to share their credit pool. The account owner is responsible for all activity by team members and all charges incurred. Team members are subject to these same Terms of Service. The account owner may remove team members at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizPro Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
